The Lokananta Archive Project will focus on three main areas: collection preservation, narrative development, and public program creation. The goal of this project is to complete 30% physical preservation of Galeri Lokananta’s archive, including reel masters, vinyl records, cassettes, documents, and photographs, as well as to increase the digitization of reel masters to 60% by the end of 2025.

Output

A public event will be held at Lokananta, featuring a guided tour led by the institution’s archivists. The tour will focus on current preservation efforts. As part of the program, Lokananta will officially introduce the newly established Diskografi Room and present recent preservation initiatives through a curated display in the temporary exhibition space.
